In the swamps still, Intersection’s Brown Cannon is now on his way to Shreveport, LA on assignment to document the romantic art of hunting and cooking nutria. A list of “must-haves” for this trip include: camera, insect repellent, mosquito net, and the latest camouflage. We also recommended he stop for a meal at Poche’s in Breaux Bridge for the back bone stew. Watch out river rats!!! Good luck, Brown!
